Refund and Withdrawal Policy
This policy explains cancellation, withdrawal, and refunds for Klebby Pro purchases.
1. Cardless trial
The 14-day Pro trial is cardless. You do not enter a card, there is no auto-charge, and you choose a plan only after the trial if you want to keep Pro.
The trial does not remove or shorten your statutory withdrawal right. A new 14-day withdrawal period starts from the first paid charge after a trial.
2. EU withdrawal right
EU consumers may withdraw from a paid digital-service charge within 14 days without giving any reason. Klebby does not ask for a withdrawal waiver.
To withdraw, use the Paddle receipt or manage-purchase link, email support@klebby.com within 14 days of the paid charge, or use the model withdrawal form below. Include the purchase email and enough information to identify the transaction.
3. Refund processing
Prices are shown exclusive of tax; applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout by Paddle, as merchant of record, based on your location.
Paddle is merchant of record for web payments, so Paddle reimburses all payments received on a valid withdrawal without undue delay and no later than 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase and at no extra cost to you. Klebby can also help route the request through support@klebby.com.
Any VAT or invoice correction connected with a refund is handled by Paddle as merchant of record.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel Annual or Monthly Pro anytime. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. It does not by itself refund the current period unless a withdrawal right or statutory right applies.
The Lifetime founder option is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Lifetime means access to Pro for the operational lifetime of the Klebby service, not a personal-lifetime guarantee; features may change over time; if Klebby is discontinued, reasonable advance notice and a data export will be provided where practicable.
5. Faulty or not-as-described service
Your statutory rights for faulty, unavailable, or not-as-described digital services are not limited. If something is wrong with Klebby, contact support@klebby.com so we can fix it or handle the remedy required by law.
If a Pro charge is refunded or withdrawn, Pro entitlement may end and your account may return to the Free tier. Your personal data and account rights remain governed by the Privacy Policy.
