Delete your Klebby account

Delete in the app

Sign in, open Account → Data and privacy → Delete account, then confirm with your password. Download your data first if you want to keep a copy. Account deletion cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

Email privacy@klebby.com from the address used for your Klebby account and say that you want your account and personal data deleted. If you have lost access to that address, explain this without sending a password or identity document in the first message.

We may ask you to confirm account ownership before fulfilling the request. You do not need to install or reinstall the app to contact us.

What deletion changes

Your account login is disabled, account identifiers are anonymized, and active sessions, push registrations and personal board layouts are removed. Private note text, private tag names and comments on private notes are erased, including already-deleted content. Shared content transferred to remaining collaborators and anonymized comments on shared notes can remain for them. Deletion markers are kept so offline devices cannot recreate deleted data.

Minimal purchase, cancellation, withdrawal and moderation evidence may remain where needed to resolve an outstanding obligation, prevent a purchase from being restored to an erased account, or meet applicable legal requirements. The Privacy Policy explains data handling and retention.

Subscriptions and copies you saved

Cancel Apple or Google subscriptions in the relevant store; account deletion does not cancel their renewal. Check any web subscription's cancellation status and contact support if it is unresolved. Deletion is separate from a refund or withdrawal request.

Exports and recovery files you saved elsewhere remain under your control. Other signed-out devices can retain local recovery data, so remove local app or browser data from those devices after saving any copy you need. Clearing local data cannot be undone.
