Report illegal content or abuse
Anyone can tell us about illegal content or abuse on Klebby. This page explains how, who to contact, and what we do next.
1. What you can report
Use this page to report content shared on Klebby that you believe is illegal, or a person who is abusing the service, for example harassment, spam, or content that breaks our Terms and acceptable-use rules.
If you are signed in and can see the content, the fastest way is the Report action on the note or comment in the app. You can also block a person you share content with. This page is the channel for anyone, including people without an account.
2. How to send a notice
Email support@klebby.com with a clear notice so we can act. Please include:
- A description of the content and why you believe it is illegal or breaks our rules.
- The exact location of the content (a link, or enough detail for us to find it).
- Your name and an email address, so we can confirm receipt and tell you our decision. You do not need to give your name for certain offences involving children.
- A statement that you are acting in good faith and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
3. Single point of contact
support@klebby.com is our single point of contact for notices about illegal content, for people who use the service, and for authorities. We accept messages in English and Portuguese.
Klebby is operated by an independent developer in Portugal; the provider details are in the Terms imprint.
4. What happens next
We confirm we received your notice, review it in a timely and non-arbitrary way, and act without undue delay on content we find to be illegal or in breach of our rules, for example by removing it.
We tell you our decision. When we remove content, we tell the person who posted it the reason and how to contest the decision.
